Re: Stopping up notice
Hill would like to inform you that, in accordance with the approved planning permission, a section of Ham Close between Newman House and Secrett House will be permanently closed to allow works to commence on the Ham
Close development.
Effective from 8th April 2024, this section of the road will be closed to all vehicle traffic within the designated areas as shown in the mapped image below.
Ham Close will become a no-through road from this date, however, the road will remain accessible to vehicles from Ashburnham Road.
At the start of the closure, appropriate signage and diversion routes will be in place to redirect traffic and ensure minimal disruption to residents as they adjust to the change.
In addition, Ham Close and also Back Lane will have parking restrictions in place. See the map overleaf which highlights restrictions in yellow.
