Re: Ham Close Hoarding Notification

Dear Residents,

Hill would like to inform you that we have instructed Hoarding, Fencing and Decking Ltd, to install site hoarding around our site welfare office and the border of the construction site for the first phase of the Ham Close development.

Please see the maps, included in this letter, showing where the hoarding will be located. Work will begin on 12th March 2024 adjacent to The Woodville Centre and St Richards’ School and we anticipate completion within 2 weeks.

On 1st April 2024 we expect to continue with Hoarding to Back Lane Car Park and we anticipate completion within 1-2 weeks.

On 8th April 2024 we expect to continue with Hoarding to Ham Close (Western Side) and we anticipate completion within 2 weeks.

On 22nd April 2024 we expect to continue with Hoarding to part of the Ham Close Youth Club Car Park and we anticipate completion within 1-2 weeks.

During these time, our hours of operation will be Monday – Friday 08:00 to 17:00. Whilst works are underway, we will ensure that every effort will be made to minimise disruption.

A dedicated member of our project team will be on site at all times to oversee works taking place. Residents are welcome to approach the team with any questions or concerns.
