We would like to inform you that piling works will commence on Monday, 29th July 2024. Works are expected to last up to 6 weeks. The piling works involve the installation of deep foundations to support the construction of the Ham Close development. This process will utilise large machinery, as illustrated above.
We understand that piling can cause disruption and want to assure residents that our project team will take all necessary measures to minimise the impact. Piling will be carried out using a large auger to drill into the ground rather than a driven method, which will help reduce noise and vibrations.
Piling works will be conducted during the hours specified below.
Our hours of operation will be Monday – Friday 08:00 to 18:00 and Saturday 08:00 to 13:00.
