On 13th June, the site team at Ham Close hosted a highly successful Meet the Buyer Event at the Royal Mid-Surrey Golf Club in Richmond. The event saw an impressive turnout, with 41 businesses, including representation from local businesses, registering their attendance and a further 31 expressing their interest in the development.
During the event, potential contractors had the opportunity to:
- Learn about the Ham Close development: Attendees were briefed on the scope and vision of the project.
- Understand social value: The team outlined how the development aims to benefit the local community through job creation, apprenticeships, and community engagement.
- Gain insights into the tendering process: Detailed information was provided on how to tender for upcoming project packages.
