We can confirm that our partner Hill has now started to build the first phase of new homes at Ham Close following the discharge of the last of the pre-commencement planning conditions in March.
I am sure you will agree that this is a significant step forward for the regeneration of Ham Close after what has been many years of planning for better homes for you and your neighbours.
The Regeneration Team are now preparing to meet with every RHP customer individually over the next six months. You can expect a lot more detail about these appointments and other parts of the Ham Close Regeneration Project in the next newsletter which will be with you in May.
There will be a lot more activity at Ham Close before May, including Hill’s “Meet the Contractor” event later this month. Please keep an eye out for updates on your building’s communal noticeboard or on this website.
